1. Introduction

Welcome to Definitive Detailing. By accessing or using our services, website, and booking platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchasing any service.

 

2. Services

  • We provide professional car detailing, paint protection, wraps, denting & painting, and restoration services.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • The service duration varies based on the selected package and the condition of the vehicle.

 

3. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or in-person.

  • A non-refundable advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure the vehicle is available at the scheduled time.

  • Any per-existing damages must be reported before service initiation.

  • We are not responsible for the loss of valuables left inside the vehicle.

 

5. Liability and Warranty

  • While we ensure the highest standards of service, we are not liable for unforeseen damages caused by external factors.

  • Any claims regarding service dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

 

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a reschedule without additional charges.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time will result in a 50% charge of the service fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only in cases where a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.

  • If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, we will assess the issue and offer a corrective service rather than a refund.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

 

3. Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the booking time at no extra charge.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur additional charges based on service type.

 

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

1. Service Delivery

  • All car detailing and related services are performed at our workshop.

  • Home service availability depends on location and feasibility. Additional charges may apply for doorstep services.

2. Product Shipping (If Applicable)

  • If you purchase car care products, accessories, or detailing kits from us, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the product is dispatched.

  • In case of delays, we will notify customers via email or phone.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures for assessment.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
